About Dr. Cullen
Dr. Cullen is a highly experienced pediatric occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience. She is a New York State Licensed and National Board-Certified Occupational Therapist. Dr. Cullen holds a BS in Occupational Therapy from the University of Buffalo, MS in Human Development from the University of Rochester, and a PP-OTD from Bay Path University. She is AOTA Board-Certified in Pediatrics (BCP) and has served as a fieldwork educator, adjunct professor, human-centered design consultant, school-based OT, and program advisory board member. Dr. Cullen specializes in the needs of children with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, and Executive Function challenges, and has a special interest in helping children with Tourette Syndrome (CBIT Certified). She has presented her doctoral work at several state and national conferences.
Dr. Cullen also owns JustGrowPlay, LLC, a company that produces handmade items that enhance function through the occupation of play.
Mission: Ellen Cullen OT, PLLC, offers in-person occupational therapy services for children ages 3-12 and their families and for children, adolescents, and adults seeking CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics) in Greater Rochester, NY. I collaborate with families and organizations to provide assessments, therapy, and consultation to enhance occupational engagement.
