Our approach is grounded in the belief that every challenge is an opportunity for growth and that every individual deserves to reach their fullest potential.

Our Vision

Imagine a community where every individual, regardless of age, confidently navigates life’s challenges with ease and resilience. At Ellen Cullen OT, PLLC, our clients-whether school-age students or adults-are thriving in their daily activities, empowered by the tools and strategies we provide through occupational formulation, grounded in the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO). Picture parents watching their children tackle daily routines with newfound self-regulation, teachers and students collaborating effortlessly to reach their goals, and adults living free of limitations caused by dysregulation or tics.

Families and medical professionals alike trust our practice as a go-to resource for scientifically grounded, effective interventions. Every session feels like a step toward greater independence, with each client’s unique needs at the heart of our work.

We envision a world where emotional and behavioral challenges are seen not just as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth and change. Through this holistic, client-centered approach, we empower individuals to not only understand their occupations but to embrace them fully, unlocking their true potential and living a life of greater confidence, purpose, and well-being.
