A Vision for Empowered Living

At Ellen Cullen OT, PLLC, I see a future where children, adolescents, and adults in Rochester, NY, and across New York State through telehealth, are thriving—fully engaged in their daily lives, no longer held back by tics, anxiety, sensory challenges, or executive functioning difficulties. I keep occupation (what one needs or wants to do every day) at the heart of my work.

I envision a world where individuals embrace their strengths, develop resilience, and gain the tools to confidently navigate school, work, home, leisure, and social settings. Through evidence-based and personalized occupational therapy, I empower my clients to transform challenges into opportunities for growth. Families, educators, and organizations become essential partners in this journey, fostering environments of understanding, support, and success.

I have a commitment to collaboration, where therapy extends beyond a single session and becomes a catalyst for lasting change. I believe in a future where everyone has the ability to engage in life with confidence, independence, and joy.

Ellen Cullen OT, PLLC is not just an occupational therapy practice—it is a movement toward empowered living and well-being.
